Masks for Thee, Not Me

Image
Wonder why A-List Hollywood elite can get cozy all night with bare faces while your child suffocates behind a face diaper all day? Because public education exists to teach your child one thing: to OBEY. If they want to segregate your child, OBEY. "If we want to put your class on the roof today," OBEY (so said Lockhart (TX) Jr. High School vice-principal Chess Long). It wasn't always this way. American education up until 1840 was the best in the world. There was almost 100% literacy and children were taught to be self-governing as free souls under God. But that year, a devil named Horace Mann brought a system of education here that was based on the belief that man is property of the state. Then after World War 1 and the infiltration of Darwinism's heresy that man is an animal with no soul, John Dewey and his atheist Marxist buddies took over teacher colleges and the deed was done. Education became indoctrination. Look-Say reading, Common Core math, Critical Race Theory...

About Donna Voetee: 100%

Education and Nutrition are my passions, my soapboxes, and in truth, they are inextricable. Children are being poisoned in their bodies by toxic food, and then dumbed down by the modern curriculum. In other words, children are being made Sick and Stupid – intentionally, and that is just not acceptable to me. 1981. While pregnant with Child #2 and cramming a two-year Associate Degree into four years, I volunteered to be a  "VIP" (teacher's helper) for my first-grade daughter’s class. Children  #3 and #4 followed in 1983 and 1984. One was adopted; I can't remember which.  1984. Becoming aware of "secular humanism" in schools, I joined a group called Citizens for Excellence in Education, founded by Dr. Bob Simonds. This organization’s purpose was to restore academic excellence and traditional moral values to the public schools. We also helped parents resolve local public school issues - ranging from opt-out policies for sex-ed, to outcome-based educat...

School Bond 2019, Didactic or Dialectic

Image
Who is this old guy, and why is he important to know about? He is Georg Wilhem Friedrich Hegel, a German philosopher who taught the "dialectic." Today, "the dialectical philosophy devised by Georg Hegel underpins the entire political and social strategy of the radical left." I will modify that to say that it's not just the "left" that loves to tax and spend. When the Bond Salesmen come to town, they have a way to make even conservatives want to vote for bondage. You need to know HOW they do this great trick. When I explored the postings of the Long Range Facilities Planning meetings at the LISD site, I immediately recognized what I saw: That old German atheist was alive and well, and his legacy of psychological manipulation continued: _______________ Q&A PROCESS Each table will discuss the information presented and select one question to ask. Unanswered questions or concerns will be placed on the ‘parking lot’ to be answered later via email or webs...

Revolution by Education

Image
Feb. 15, 2014 Reader at social media asks, "Does anyone in Lockhart recognize the detriment of COMMON CORE? Does anyone care?" Well, Jim, I care. I cared back in 1986 when I took my two children out of Jane Addams Elementary School and taught them and their two younger siblings at home for the next 17 years.  And I care now. That's why I work with my grandchildren and others as a reading mentor.   But you are looking at the fruit and not the root of the problem. Common Core did not bring us to the point of being in the bottom third of international standings in literacy. Centralization of education with the creation of the Department of Education and the concomitant infusion of federal dollars (read: Control) was the womb in which Common Core was conceived. But our nation's plunge into educational mediocrity was a done deal many years before 1979. Enter: Revolution by Education.  In far away Cambodia in 1975, a Communist dictator named Pol Pot methodically shot anyone...

Separation of School and State

Image
Apr. 30, 2014 In a few days, Lockhart voters will decide whether or not to give the School Board trustees a $65 million dollar credit card that will have a final tally of $118,022,148. The true cost of the school bond must be counted in more than principle and interest. First we must dispel the false arguments, lies, white elephants, and rabbit holes. “How will children ever learn science on a table that is [xx] years old!” “It’s only [$xx] per month extra.” “If you don’t vote for this bond, you hate my children.” “Lockhart is embarrassing (“refrigerator box”) in light of our neighboring schools (“Taj Mahal”). “Growth is coming, so let us go into debt now instead of later.” Moot, every one. In my health counseling practice, I look for causes rather than merely observe symptoms. Thus, the diagnosis: SCHOOL BONDS WOULD HAVE NO POWER IN A TRUE REPUBLIC This nation was founded as a republic. Now many Democrats have just yawned, but I am not referring to the Republican Party. By “republic” ...

A Diagnosis of Illiteracy

Image
In functional medicine, one gets to the ROOT of the disease rather than deals with symptoms. Illiteracy is epidemic. What is the CAUSE? Surely it is not the individual psychopathology. As Dr. Hilde Mosse (M.D.) states, "An epidemic is caused by external forces, not by defects in the individual." [Let us consider that this would be equally apropos applied to the vaccine-induced brain injury epidemic, aka 'autism.'] The root cause of illiteracy: First, the presuppositional world view that MAN IS AN ANIMAL. Second, the belief that the State is responsible for education. These two lies have forged the chains on our minds and made America a bloody, stupid hell. This thought that MAN IS AN ANIMAL is the foundational tenet of the bastard science of psychology, and psychology was the foundation of progressive education. Bastard science? Yes, because it is illegitimate, and not science at all. Science is evidence. One cannot prove that the soul does not exist, yet these profli...

Raise Your Kids to Be Republicans

Image
I'm a republican. Notice the lower case "r." I've been known to vote for people who have an R after their names, as well as a D. In fact, in an election here in Lockhart, I voted almost all D. I knew the candidates, and the most qualified had a D on the ballot. The D people understood "republican form of government" and the R people mocked it; I voted accordingly. In light of the "shooting" in Florida, and I put that in quotations because solid evidence is pointing to this being a very sloppily written and directed, ideologically-driven and politically-motivated high school play (apologies to real high school drama classes), here is one of my Notes from 2015. The original context was a video of some teens destroying property and terrorizing a teacher in a classroom -- misbehaving in horrid ways that makes you say, "Does your Daddy know how you act in public?" and makes you wish that The Woodshed was still a fixture of American homes. Wisd...

How Many Fingers, Winston: Why I Hate Public Education

Image
Many people, aware of my love of children, books, and knowledge, have said that I should run for School Board. Let me quash any chance of winning a Trustee seat right now with four words: I hate public education. Go ahead. Quote me. Donna Voetee said on March 23, 2021, "I hate public education. With a passion in my soul, with knowledge in my mind, with zeal in my heart. I hate it with all that is in me." You see, public education as it is today, is not education.    The classroom is no longer a place where children receive enlightenment of their understanding, where their immature tempers are corrected, where the manners and habits of youth are formed, and where they are equipped for usefulness in their future stations.  (1828 American Dictionary of the English Language, Noah Webster) The classroom today is a  psychology lab  where the soul is sold to the devil, where the independent mind is stomped, where the slave mentality is incubated. Maybe you didn'...
